Antique L.E.Smith Underplate PRE 1917

This underplate is NOT a reproduction piece as it will give the yellow green manganese glow under the black light. As a collector of American Brilliant period glass and EAPG I am listing this underplate and hoping I find the owner of the pre 1917 pinwheel and stars pattern punch bowl. I can see seam marks on the back but no chips or cracks. This piece is extremely heavy for its size at 12 pounds!!. This is an antique item that is being sold as such and as is.
